What to do if you Win in a Slot Tournament at Social Tournaments

One of the most magical experiences Social Tournaments can bring is winning a slot tournament. Nothing compares to the moment when you open the leaderboard and see yourself crowned as one of the top winners. We’re not sure if it’s true, but some players claimed they heard a blasting BING! and saw fireworks before their eyes. We can’t promise this will happen, but it’s clear something special happens. 

Anyway, winning a slot tournament is one thing, and preparing your account to receive the win is another thing. So, without further ado, let’s dig into the process of getting your win! 

What to do if you Win in a Slot Tournament 

Now that the win is in your pocket (figuratively speaking, of course), the KYC process kicks in! Basically, you need to make sure our team validates your account and declares it eligible to receive the win.  

Before sending an email to [email protected], please take a moment to review your account and payment details. This step can save you some time in verification, which means your win is getting closer. 

The email you need to send to our KYC team must contain the following documents: 

• Picture/ scan of any form of official ID (national ID, passport, etc) – to check your ID 
• Picture/ scan of a recent utility bill/ bank statement – to check your address. We need this type of document only if you are a citizen of a restricted country, with a residence in another country, or if your ID doesn’t match your country of residence. 
• Picture/ scan of your payment method – to check if all the details are in order

If you followed the steps above, all that’s left to do is wait for your prize to arrive. Payout lists are generated every Monday, while prizes are sent out every Wednesday and Thursday. However, please keep in mind that it might take up to 10 bank days.
